Since 1984, we have been successfully representing Buyers and Sellers in San Francisco's East Bay Alameda/Contra Costa counties including Pleasanton, San Ramon, Livermore, Dublin, Danville and Castro Valley.  Certified Relocation Specialists since 1986, we are thoroughly familiar with and understand the relocation process and procedures.  Equally important, we understand the stress, anxieties, needs and concerns of relocating Buyers, Sellers and their families. Our  Seller's System For Success and Buyer's Services programs ares designed to serve the individual real estate needs of seniors, first time buyers, investors and high end custom home clients.    Don Cruce, our Buyers agent, schedules appointments and shows our clients homes. He attends all house inspections for our clients. His expertise and counsel regarding inspections and repair costs has been  financially invaluable to our clients. Judy, a Previews Specialist for high end homes and Seniors Real Estate Specialist, oversees the marketing and escrow details, handles contract preparation, negotiations and client follow up. Together, we pay consistent attention to every transaction detail beginning with the first day we meet to discuss your real estate needs through the close of a successful escrow.
